I embarked on this fulfilling journey with Royal Care Ashford back in March 2022 and have since transitioned to the vibrant community of Thanet, where I now lead our dedicated field care team. My role revolves around ensuring top-notch care delivery, and I approach it with passion and precision.

I have worked with Royal Care for over 2 years and during this time I have worked my way up to being a Field Care Supervisor which gives me a lot of pride and satisfaction. Making a positive impact and providing exceptional service is my top priority, which is why I am thrilled to work here. In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new landscapes.
Lucy Forester
My name is Lucy and I am the nominated individual for Royal Care. I am also the registered manager for Ashford and Maidstone. I have worked in care for 22 years. I started my career as a carer at the young age of 18 and worked my way up in the Care industry in various different care roles. Royal Care provides high standards of Care and I feel lucky to work for them.

I have started as a healthcare assistant and support worker. My background also includes mental health. I studied health and social care in higher education at Canterbury College. Hi, my name is Lindsay, and I have worked for Royal Care for 4 years. I started as a health care assistant working in the community, then worked my way up to get a job working in the office as a field care supervisor. My role includes going out and meeting with clients and completing assessments. I also enjoy going out and doing care calls with the carers if I am needed. I have worked for a few care companies, but I feel that Royal Care is very compassionate and caring, and they thrive on ensuring both the client and the carers are happy. I am very passionate about my job role, and I always ensure that the clients are happy with all the care that is provided by Royal Care.
