I started my career as a carer at the young age of 18 and worked my way up in the Care industry in various different care roles. Royal Care provides high standards of Care and I feel lucky to work for them.

Hi there! I'm Abs, the Registered Manager at Royal Care Dover. I’ve been with Royal Care for four years and take great pride in leading a dedicated team that delivers safe, high-quality, person-centred care. My role involves overseeing compliance, training, recruitment, audits, and governance while working closely with clients, families, and professionals to ensure individual needs are met. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a compassionate team that helps people live safely and independently in their own homes.
Lindsay Cutts
Hi, my name is Lindsay and i am the Registered Manager For Royalcare Dover I have worked for Royal Care for 4 years. I started as a health care assistant working in the community, then worked my way up to get a job working in the office as a field care supervisor. My role includes going out and meeting with clients and completing assessments. I also enjoy going out and doing care calls with the carers if I am needed. I have worked for a few care companies, but I feel that Royal Care is very compassionate and caring, and they thrive on ensuring both the client and the carers are happy. I am very passionate about my job role, and I always ensure that the clients are happy with all the care that is provided by Royal Care.

As the Branch Manager for Royal Care Ashford, I take great pride in leading a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and support to our clients. I have been with Royal Care for over two years and have worked my way up from Field Care Supervisor to my current role, a journey that has brought me immense pride and satisfaction. Making a positive difference in people’s lives and ensuring the highest standards of care is always my top priority. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring new landscapes, which helps me stay inspired and energised for the work I do every day.
